You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. No use of Metricalp's logo or other artwork will be allowed for linking absent a trademark license agreement.

Content Liability

We shall not be hold responsible for any content that appears on your Website. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims that is rising on your Website. No link(s) should appear on any Website that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates, or advocates the infringement or other violation of, any third party rights.

Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Website. You approve to immediately remove all links to our Website upon request. We also reserve the right to amen these terms and conditions and it's linking policy at any time. By continuously linking to our Website, you agree to be bound to and follow these linking terms and conditions.

We never sell your data in every cases.

Payment, upgrading, downgrading, refund

Metricalp is a paid subscription service. We always offer free trial as first 30-days. You need to provide your credit card number or a payment method to register system but we will not charge you until end of the free trial. After free trial, you will be charged monthly or yearly depending on your subscription plan. We will show you end of free trial term when you registered. You can cancel your subscription anytime. If payment fails after free trial, you subscription will be cancelled automatically and data collection will be stopped. You can active your subscription anytime with providing a valid payment method. The subscription will be renewed monthly or yearly based on package you selected. You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription anytime. If you cancel your package, you can still continue to use it until end of your term. If you upgrade your subscription, you will be charged immediately and your subscription will be renewed based on new package. If you downgrade your subscription, you will be charged immediately and your subscription will be renewed based on new package. We do not offer refund for any reason. We will notify you before you reached your monthly event limit, if you reached your monthly event limit, we will stop collecting data until next month. If you reached your monthly event limit, you can upgrade your subscription to continue to collect data. You will not be charged extra any time because of limits instead data collection will be stopped until you upgrade or month ends.

Payment Provider

We are using Paddle as payment provider. We are not keeping your credit card information never in our system. We are not executing any payment. All payments and payment cycles are handled by Paddle. You can find Paddle 's terms and conditions from https://www.paddle.com/legal/terms . All taxes, levies and duites will be handled by Paddle. If any refund occurs, Paddle will refund you. We do not offer refund for any reason. The fee will not be included in the refund.

Account Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription in Account Settings - Subscriptions menu in the app. When you cancel your account before than current billing period, your data will continue to be collected until end of term. After that the data collection will be stopped. You can still reach your data for 2 years. Then your data can be removed. But if you activate your subscription again before than 2 years, your data will be available again. We never delete data of active subscription accounts. Our data retention is unlimited for active subscription accounts. If you want to delete your account and data completely, you can contact us. We have right to stop your account, cancel your subscription and delete your data if you violate our terms and conditions at any time. Metricalp reserves right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We have right to change our terms and conditions at any time. We will notify you before any changes. We have right to stop, delete, deactivate your account and data at any time without notice to protect our service and our users.

Removal of links from our website

If you find any link on our Website that is offensive for any reason, you are free to contact and inform us any moment. We will consider requests to remove links but we are not obligated to or so or to respond to you directly.

We do not ensure that the information on this website is correct, we do not warrant its completeness or accuracy; nor do we promise to ensure that the website remains available or that the material on the website is kept up to date.

Price and Service Changes

We have right to modify our services or prices at any time. Price changes will impact current users with least 1 month delay. Beside of this we do not have to notice it immediately. We may choose to change or apply prices for specific user groups or users. We may notice changes with blog post or direct email to a user.

Data

We will never ever sell your data. We will never ever expose your data. If we have a security breach, we will notify all user immediately to provide way to quick actions. You will be able to export your data at any time. We will never ever use your data for any other purpose than providing our service. We will never ever share your data with any third party without your permission. You can provide data of your users to Metricalp through application. All data which provided by you will be under responsbility of you. We will not be responsible for any data produced by you or third party. You should not expose any sensitive data to system. We will not be responsible for any data breach or data loss cause of your sensitive data expose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. Nothing in this disclaimer will:

  • limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury;
  • limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
  • limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or
  • exclude any of our or your liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law.
